Kilgore College Bookstore All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.
On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

You MUST present cash register receipt and student I.D.
A 10% restocking fee will be charged unless class is cancelled.
New textbooks should be free of markings and if shrink wrapped, the wrap
must be intact.
Access codes and CD's must not be opened.
Continuing education books are refunded up to 3 days after the class begins.
Textbook refunds up to 12 days after the first class begins during the long
semester and 4 days after short semester begins. No refunds on textbooks and
outside readers after this period. Trade books and other merchandise are not
refundable after 3 days from receipt date.
Special order books are not eligible for refunds.
