Bookstore Buyback Policy

• Must have student ID issued by KCPD.
• The bookstore will buy back textbooks based on the condition of the book.
• The bookstore reserves the right to determine needed quantities and to drop any textbook from buyback without notice.

    Bookstore Return Policy

• MUST present cash register receipt and student I.D.
• A 10% restocking fee will be charged unless class is cancelled.
• New textbooks should be free of markings and the original packaging must be intact.
• Access codes, sofware, and CD's must not be opened.
• Continuing education books are refunded up to 3 days after the class begins.
• Textbook refunds up to 5 days after the first class begins during the long semester and 2 days after short semester begins. Refund with a drop slip up to 12 days for long semester and 4 days for short semesters.
• No refunds on textbooks and outside readers after this period. Trade books and  merchandise are not refundable after 3 days from receipt date.

Special order books are not eligible for refunds.
